  • Return/Refund Policy

    • Currently, we are not offering return or refunds as we are navigating through our shipping process.

    Terms of Service:

    • Persons are agreeing to shipping, refund/return, and private policiesat the time of purchasing items. 

  • Shipping Policy

    • At this time, we are offering shipping only within Canada.
    • We process and ship from Vancouver, Canada through Monday to Friday. Once your order has been received, we are unable to change the shipping selection or the shipping address. Allow for 1-3 business days for shipping to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number with Canada Post or UPS. Please check your spam folder, if you did not receive this email. Otherwise, please contact us. 
    • Orders over $75 qualify for free express shipping within Canada, Express shipping transit time is 1-2 business days and Standard shipping transit time is 3-9 business days.

  • Private Policy

    • Cancelling orders: Let us know within 36 hours of placing the order, in case you need to modify your shipping address or selection, or cancelling the order itself. Before completing your purchase, double check that everything is to your liking and correct in spelling. 
    • All of our pieces are designed and handmade in Vancouver, Canada. We strive for quality in our pieces and love what we do.
